FRIARY MEADOW RETIREMENT VILLAGE
Syndicate Group Southern Ltd are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by Midas Construction Ltd to commercially assist them with the project ground works, services and externals works element of the build.
This exciting project comprises of the creation of a brand new retirement village located within a stone’s throw of Titchfield; and less than 2 miles from Junction 9 of the M27 in the beautiful countryside of Hampshire spread over 17 acres.
The village will provide the complete package for retirement living , including onsite facilities such as a Restaurant, Bar, Cinema, Café and amenity shop. Other facilities include extra care for those needing it and the nearby fishing lakes will go to provide that extra element of tranquillity.
The project involves the construction of a selection of single, double and three storey apartments and bungalows specifically designed to allow easy access, with rolling paths and walkways leading effortlessly around the development.
