Timber frame structures are commonly used for residential forms of house building. Typically used for single or two storey dwellings. They offer faster builds as they are constructed offsite at a secure and dry facility and assembled back on location.

Constructing a CLT Build
The project was to build a residential two storey building, housing ten one-bedroom apartments constructed using sustainable material in Austria and then delivered, prefabricated, to the UK. A CLT frame building was the method of choice.
“My deal review with Dan provided me with a much deeper understanding—not just of the numbers, but also of the project’s potential. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry was clear from the start, offering me new ways to assess a building and maximize its GDV. It was an insightful session that gave me a fresh perspective on the projects opportunities.”
